A DSM (driver status monitoring) camera faces the driver and feeds a driver monitoring unit. These models are installed inside the cab.
Is a DSM camera a complete driver monitoring system?
No. It is the camera. Pair it with an AlwayCare DMS unit, which alerts the driver and does not control the vehicle.
What is the difference between the three DSM cameras?
CC1021-DS20R outputs 1080P with a 6mm lens and 52° view. CC1031-DS720 outputs 720P with a 1/4" 4MP sensor, 3.6mm lens and 50° view. CC1011-DS20R is a compact 1280x720 camera with DC 5-12V input.
