UWB Proximity Warning System for Forklift Operations

AlwayCare UA350 uses UWB wireless ranging to support forklift–worker, vehicle–vehicle and corner warning workflows. Configure warning distances, alarm-free areas and alert outputs around the actual traffic routes, work zones and site rules.

  • Listed 0–100m alarm-distance setting
  • Two warning distances and alarm sounds
  • Buzzing, lights and tag vibration
Industrial commercial vehicle operating in a work environment
UWB warning zones should follow real vehicle routes and pedestrian activity.

Equip, Range, Compare and Warn

01

Equip Participants

Plan vehicle units and optional wrist or helmet tags.

02

Set Distances

Configure two warning distances and alarm-free behavior.

03

Trigger Alerts

Use listed buzzer, flashing light and tag-vibration modes.

04

Validate the Site

Test routes, corners, speeds, obstructions and nuisance alarms.

Freight vehicles travelling through an operating corridor
Vehicle-route interactions
Commercial vehicle and cyclist operating near each other
People and vehicle proximity
Performance and safety boundary

Listed Ranging Data Requires On-Site Validation

The product page lists 10cm wireless ranging accuracy and a configurable 0–100m alarm distance, but installed behavior depends on layout, tags, mounting, obstructions and settings. UA350 supplements traffic management and does not replace separation, training, speed control or operator observation.
