The CC1004-BSD outputs standard 1080P AHD video with dynamic warning boxes, which can display directly on any standard in-cab AHD monitor. In addition, it provides a dedicated alarm trigger wire that connects to external audio-visual buzzers, flashing warning LEDs, or side-pillar warning displays to alert the driver instantly.

The camera is housed in a heavy-duty die-cast aluminum alloy casing with hermetic sealing rated at IP69K. It withstands high-pressure steam jet cleaning (100 bar, 80°C), continuous gravel spray, road salts, and operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C.

Calibration is performed via a simple calibration mat or software tool. Installers configure near, medium, and far warning zones according to vehicle length, chassis height, and mirror blind spots. Once calibrated, settings are stored in non-volatile onboard memory.
