Often yes. AlwayCare terminals list I/O or RS232 interfaces and connect to the CMS platform; sharing data with another platform depends on its protocol.
Agree which data is needed, such as location, alarms or video, and review the protocol and documentation before a pilot.

GPS/BeiDou trackers and terminals report position and alarms over 4G.
Video and alarms
MDVRs provide alarm events and video through the CMS platform.
Device interfaces
I/O and RS232 options allow signals to be exchanged with other in-vehicle devices.
