How does an AlwayCare 360° around-view system work?
Four wide-angle cameras on the front, rear and both sides of the vehicle send video to a control unit, which stitches the images into one top-down view on the monitor.
The driver sees the area around the whole vehicle in one picture, which helps with low-speed maneuvering, parking and reversing. AlwayCare systems offer 2D and 3D display modes.

M360-2

M360-3

Good to know
- Stitched images can distort tall objects near the seams between cameras.
- The 360° view is a viewing aid; drivers must still check around the vehicle.
