CC1003-AHD21 AI Thermal and Visible-Light Vehicle Camera

The CC1003-AHD21 combines a long-wave infrared (LWIR) uncooled thermal sensor with a 1080P visible-light CMOS sensor. While visible cameras fail in heavy fog, dense dust clouds, smoke, blizzard conditions, or headlight glare, thermal sensors detect the heat signatures of pedestrians, wildlife, and vehicles up to 100 meters away, ensuring uncompromised perimeter detection.

The camera embeds deep-learning neural network algorithms running on edge silicon that process the thermal and visible streams simultaneously. It accurately recognizes pedestrians, cyclists, and moving machinery by cross-referencing thermal contours with visual patterns, minimizing false positives.

It is specifically designed for high-risk operations including open-pit mining trucks, quarry loaders, port container haulers, forestry vehicles, emergency fire apparatus, and long-haul freight operating through extreme weather conditions and unlit rural routes.

The camera outputs standard AHD 1080P video with real-time AI bounding box overlays via a rugged 4-pin aviation connector. The operator can view picture-in-picture or fused thermal/visible video on standard in-cab commercial displays.

The housing is precision-machined from heavy-duty cast aluminum with IP69K ingress protection and internal optical heating elements to prevent lens frosting. It complies with automotive vibration and shock standards, operating reliably from -40°C to +70°C.
