AlwayCare Technology Co., Ltd. Successfully Completes ISO 9001:2015 On-Site Certification Audit
Following nearly a year of system development and trial operations, our company successfully completed all on-site audit procedures for the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification at the end of May this year.
Since June last year, our company has engaged a professional consultancy to comprehensively review and optimize our end-to-end processes—ranging from product development and production control to customer service—in strict accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. During the late-May audit, the expert audit team fully recognized and commended the effectiveness, standardization, and compliance of our system's operations.
Currently, the audit report and relevant documentation have been submitted to the certification body for final review and approval. The official ISO 9001:2015 certification is expected to be issued in the near future. This milestone signifies that the company has established a quality management system aligned with international standards, and possesses the capability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer requirements.
